In BEARS UK, he led quality management systems implementation, delivering quality ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems and other non-emergency ambulance compliance, service safety standards.
In addition, Michael developed BEARS UK Training Academy, fostering a culture of staff development, and a learning environment to maintain competency for effective patient care service delivery.
In his role at BEARS Ambulance Management Consultancy LLC, he oversees quality and systems implementation, compliance in line with UAE regulations, internal audit, risk management, promoting a culture of learning and development.
